Founded on February 2, 1976 in Winnipeg , Canada , in response to requests from the construction and development industry that the principals offer their experience and expertise to the industry as independent consultants. The firm continually broadened its scope of practice as it became a multi-disciplined service provider in a global community. Today, the company provides a full range of design-build, engineering and project management services. Boge is characterized by people who provide thorough and professional service to their clients. The firm and its predecessors have completed design, drawing, shop drawing review and inspection work on projects throughout Canada.

Boge is recognized for their ability to solve difficult problems creatively. The experience gained from applying traditional methodology combined with innovative and new technology provides Boge with a comprehensive resource for developing effective solutions. Diaser Management (2006) Ltd.

Purchased in 2006 as a company with 20+ years experience in agricultural, mining, and industrial projects throughout western Canada. Diaser is founded on excellence in project management, construction management, and supply of mechanical labour to a project. In recent years, Diaser has grown to turn-key and design-build services for the industrial sector.

Diaser is a non-union contractor but has millwright agreements in Manitoba and Saskatchewan and ironworker agreements in Manitoba.

Diaser is COR certified for safety and we are registered with ISNetworld.

We are CWB welding certified and are registered in Manitoba and Saskatchewan for our QAQC for piping.
